Recommend for a momentary visit
Comfortable room, attentive staff, which included friendly check-in service and assistance with my luggage. the hotel also features a fitness center and 24-hour reception, making it convenient for my short stay.
The bathrooms were quite small and the gym was underwhelming.

We had such a blast during our stay! The rooftop pool was perfect for unwinding, and the breakfast hit the spot every morning. Just a heads up, the bar had a bit of a funky smell, but that didn’t ruin our good time. 😊

It was just a nice choice for a quick stopover in Houston with attractive and competitive value for money. The staff were great and accommodating when I requested coffee in my room. Make sure to ask about housekeeping services, as they won't clean unless you notify them.

Had an amazing time with friends at this charming boutique hotel! We explored nearby historic landmarks and checked out some great restaurants. The location is perfect for entertainment and shopping. The quirky decor adds to the vibe, and the rooms are very comfortable. Just a heads up, a fridge would be nice for summer stays.
One downside was the front desk experience. I was charged twice for my room and although they fixed it quickly, I didn’t receive an apology.

I recently stayed at the Sam Houston in Houston for a couple of nights. The room was very stylish but smaller than I expected for the price. I enjoyed the unique layout, especially having two bathrooms in our suite. It felt like a special touch! The lobby and public areas were chic, perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. The staff were friendly and attentive. Valet parking was efficient, but it came with a hefty price tag. Had some concerns with street noise, especially at night, which disrupted my sleep. The area outside felt sketchy at times, with transients nearby, making me hesitant to venture out. A fridge in the room would have been appreciated, especially for late-night snacks. Overall, my stay was pleasant but could have been better with some enhancements to the accommodations.
